This SkyConnect Xpress Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) covers how Lasership, Inc. dba SkyConnect Xpress Final Mile together with its subsidiary company SkyConnect Xpress Logistics Inc. (together “SkyConnect Xpress”) treats Personal Information that we collect and receive via this website as well as portals and applications accessed through or associated with this website, or other associated links maintained by SkyConnect Xpress (collectively, “Website”). SkyConnect Xpress’s Website may include links to third party websites, plug-ins and applications. SkyConnect Xpress is not responsible for and this Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information practices of any third-party websites and/or online services or the practices of other third party. We may update this Policy from time to time which will be effective upon posting on our Website. This Policy only relates and applies to Personal Information contained within SkyConnect Xpress’s systems and does not apply to Personal Information that is, or becomes, publicly available, e.g. listed in online directories, or regarding actions of individuals that SkyConnect Xpress does not employ or manage.

- Identifiers such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers
- Device information including internet and electronic network activity such as browsing and search history
- Geolocation data
- A consumer’s precise geolocation
SkyConnect Xpress collects Personal Information when: (1) you use our Website; (2) you use SkyConnect Xpress’s services to conduct shipping activities, including the delivery or pickup of shipments; and/or (3) you request SkyConnect Xpress to track shipments or answer related questions. Personal Information is also collected when: (4) an SkyConnect Xpress account is set up and/or you register as a user of SkyConnect Xpress’s services; (5) you register to receive job information on SkyConnect Xpress’s Careers page or by using other links maintained by SkyConnect Xpress; (6) you provide information to inquire about driving for SkyConnect Xpress on our Drivers page or using other links maintained by SkyConnect Xpress; (7) you access an SkyConnect Xpress portal; (8) when you enter orders; and (9) when you enter SkyConnect Xpress promotions or respond to surveys.
When we pick up or deliver a shipment, we may also obtain location data about you and your computer, phone, tablet or other devices when you access our website or use our services, including connection type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers. You can disable the collection of much of this information through the settings of your device or through your operating system. If you visit our Website using a mobile device, we may also collect the geographic location of your mobile device if you use certain features of our apps.

SkyConnect Xpress uses your Personal Information for the following general purposes: (i) pick up, delivery, and/or tracking of shipments; (ii) processing and collection of payments; (iii) providing consumer support and communicate with you about your requests, inquiries, questions, and comments, (iv) establishing and managing your account; (v) reviewing job and engagement inquiries; (vii) for users with portal access, interacting with you in a capacity as dictated by your user status, and (viii) communicating about, and administering your participation in, special events, programs, surveys, contests, sweepstakes, and other offers or promotions, including sending you our newsletter.
In addition, we may also use your Personal Information to:
- Process claims we receive in connection with our services;
- Operate, evaluate, and improve our business; and
- Perform data analyses

In certain areas SkyConnect Xpress also uses SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
SkyConnect Xpress does not sell or share your Personal Information with non-affiliated companies or third parties except when we have your permission. However, we share your Personal Information:
- With authorized independent contractors and vendors providing support to SkyConnect Xpress in the provision of services to you;
- In response to requests from a governmental agency, subpoenas, court orders, legal process, and/or to establish or exercise SkyConnect Xpress’s legal rights (or defend against legal claims) impacting SkyConnect Xpress;

RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may retain your questions and feedback to improve our services. Please do not send us any information, ideas, suggestions, proposals or comments that you consider confidential or that you wish to be treated as confidential.
Your Personal Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for which it was collected or as required under applicable retention policies or practices, or as otherwise may be permitted or required in accordance with applicable law. ABOUT SkyConnect Xpress PHOTO ON DELIVERY
Delivery vendors under contract with SkyConnect Xpress may take a photo of a package during the delivery process. The photo will focus on the placement of the package and is not stored on the vendor’s device. Capturing delivery photos is intended to help consumers see that their package was safely delivered. We may use delivery photos to verify delivery location, audit for quality purposes, or to assist in the tracking and/or location of missing packages.
If a photo on delivery is captured and passes quality standards, it will be visible when a shipper or consumer tracks a package from SkyConnect Xpress.com.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you register as a user of an SkyConnect Xpress web account, you may receive account-related or service-related messages which may include promotional content or offerings. You can choose to opt-out from receiving these communications by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by sending us an email with your request including your account number, name, address, and email address to support@skyconnectxps.com.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Website is hosted, and the services are performed in the U.S. and are intended for U.S. customers and consumers. If you are physically located in one of the 28 European Union Countries, please do not submit any Personal Information to us. If you believe you may have disclosed Personal Information to us, please contact us at (see the How to Contact Us link below) and we will remove it. If you are a consumer accessing the Website from Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use and disclosure that differ from U.S. laws, your continued use of our Website or services, which are governed by U.S. law and these terms, indicates your consent to transfer of your information to the U.S.

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose, upon the request of a California resident, what Personal Information about that person the business has shared with third parties, and which third parties received the Personal Information. These businesses are required to accept requests for disclosures from consumers but are only required to honor one request per calendar year. Businesses have thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry to the designated address. In limited circumstances, a consumer’s failure to submit requests in the manner specified will not require a response from the business.
